What better way to prepare for every daily life or wind down after a taxing week? Expect intentional exploration of breath, posture and alignment amidst an invigorating sequence of fluid, Vinyasa-style movements. No previous yoga experience is required to witness positive results after your very first class!

Restorative R & R

Burnout is a pandemic. This class offers a reprieve from the confines of monotony and is designed to relieve anxiety, fatigue, stress and pain. Connecting deep breathing exercises with restorative yoga postures brings ease and vitality to every cell in the body! Emphasis is placed on pranayama, longer holds, full use of props and gentler music. The perfect pick-me-up!

Bliss The Day Away

This class explores the more dynamic, rigorous and heat-building elements of a yoga practice. Members can expect a moderate to intense sequence with creative transitions, deeper postures and holds, advanced balance asanas, and inversions. While anyone is welcome and encouraged to challenge their body and mind in this class, we recommend beginning yogis take five to seven "Morning/Evening Glow" classes to prepare for this one!

Total Body Sweat

A metabolism boosting workout utilizing multiple joint movements & full body exercises performed at a high intensity. Metabolic style training is FUN! The workouts move quickly, the exercises are constantly varied, and encourage the use the whole body as a unit. Speed Training

This class is designed to shed excess fat while building strength and cardiovascular endurance. This class includes circuit training, cardio exercises, bodyweight calisthenics, core training and finishes in a cool down/ stretch session for a complete workout. All fitness levels

Anti-Gravity (Bungee) Fitness Series

Interested in freeing yourself from gravity's incessant pull against the body? Our anti-gravity bungee harnesses will have you feeling like you worked out on the moon! 

In this class you will give maximum effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short active recovery periods. These workouts build cardiovascular fitness while improving strength, building lean muscle and maximizing calorie burn while minimizing pain and stiffness after the workout. All fitness levels
