 Being raised in the deserts of New Mexico all my life, I have a strong connection to the mountains and Earth. Yoga has been a passion of mine since for many years. I have practice this form of healing to help with stress, muscle pain, anxiety and also to improve flexiblity in my body and life . My class provides a safe relaxing place for you to come and leave your problems off the mat. Your health and saftey is my first consern. It is my goal to have you leave the room feeling amazing physically, at peace mentally, as well as knowledge to practice safely at home.
