For  me, a healthy lifestyle is much more than just lifting weights. It’s  about stretching, warming up, eating healthily, and getting necessary  rest.


I would describe my approach as challenging, fun, educational and most importantly effective.


My focuses include strength training, weight loss and overall health. We will work to  improve your strength while maintaining proper form and obtain positive behavior change so you can live your best life
