Follow Up Program:

Each consequent visit following the evaluation will include therapeutic exercises that address the impairments outlined. Manual therapy will also be included to improve on neuromuscular control and
deficits in mobility to further functional goals.

Wellness Visit:

$85

This program is utilized to enhance lifestyle through
applications including dry needling, cupping, TENS, soft
tissue and joint mobilizations. Created for unstructured
frequencies targeting pain and mobility.

Evaluation:
$99

A comprehensive evaluation will be performed on your first visit to collect details regarding your injury and quality of life. The evaluation will include considerations of your medical history, prior level of function and immediate goals.During this assessment, baseline measurements will also be taken which include range of motion, strength testing, soft tissue mobility,
flexibility and joint mobility.

Modalities

Dry Needling

Involves a thin filiform needle that penetrates the skin and stimulates underlying myofascial trigger points for the treatment of pain and movement impairments.

TENS

Transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation (TENS) is the use of an electrical current to stimulate nerves for therapeutic purposes. Suppressing pain signals to the
brain, TENS can offer a form of pain-relief through electrodes or in conjunction with dry needling.

Cupping Therapy

A treatment that applies suctioned cups to areas of the
body to promote healing, strengthen the body’s resistance, restore imbalances, remove toxins, and promote blood circulation.

DR. MISHAL LAKHANI, PT, DPT

Born and raised in Florida, Dr. Lakhani obtained her bachelors degree in Exercise Science at Florida State University and her doctorate degree in Physical Therapy at the University of Saint Augustine.


Her clinical interests have included pelvic floor physical therapy, orthopedic therapy and post-operative rehabilitation. Dr. Lakhani believes in integrating manual therapy interventions with therapeutic exercises to optimize movement and quality of life.
