What time is CBM staffed?
Our team is on site and ready to assist, weekdays 9 AM to 9 PM, and 8 AM to 1 PM on the weekends. Contact us on the form below, or call our phone number listed.
Can you bring my friends or family as guests?
CBM prides itself on being a private fitness club. People who are not members must purchase a day pass ($10.00) before using the facility.
What is our cancelation and refund policy?
CBM’s membership system gives members maximum control over their subscription on a month-to-month payment system. Members can use their online accounts to change payment methods or cancel subscriptions, or communicate with a team member to assist them. SyRoc CBM is not responsible for any unintended subscription payments. It is up to the members to log in to their online accounts, or call/email and ensure they receive an automated email cancellation confirmation.
What amenities does CBM offer members?
On top of having a pleasant community that comes together to workout in a non competitive, friendly environment, CBM proudly claims itself as the best 24-hour private gym in the downtown Albuquerque area. Members have access to make appointments with private fitness trainers, book sessions with our in-house naprapathic doctor, or our licensed reiki specialist. CBM is happy to phase out disposable plastic water bottles and introduce our new Kangen water system powered by HydroBar™. Same price, big difference.
Can you sign up online?
Yes! We encourage everyone to sign up for an account with us. Our process is fast and free! Access your “account tab”, and enter your email and create a password. If you have already signed up for a subscription with a team member’s help and need to access your online account, please check our welcome email and payment confirmation email to access our website and set your account’s password. If you forget your password, simply reset it through our login screen, or call our office to have our team help you.
