Service Charge to Reactivate Key Card

Key cards are personal and should not be shared. If any misuse of the key access card is discovered, your membership and access to the card will be terminated. Additionally, if your membership is canceled or if a payment fails, the key card will be deactivated. To reactivate the card, a service charge of $10.88 will apply.
